I write songs,
and I sing them.

Most days I write C++ and CUDA. Music came first, and it never really left. This is where the songs live: my first original, a studio release I’m proud of, and the covers I keep coming back to.

If you want to know what I sound like, start here. I wrote the words, composed the music, sang every take, and then kept going: I directed the video, shot about half of it, and sat with the edit until it felt honest.

There was no one else in the chain, so every choice on it is mine, rough edges included. I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s still the clearest thing I’ve made.

Rangdaari

Rangdaari was the first time I sang inside someone else’s production. I auditioned for Sing Dil Se, made it through their rounds, and recorded the song in the studio for their channel.

It taught me things self-producing never could: taking direction, landing a take on someone else’s clock, and trusting the people on the other side of the glass. It’s a completely different discipline from producing your own song, and I loved learning it.

The year off

One honest year for music.

I finished my B.Tech in November 2024 and didn’t walk straight into a job. I’d been writing and singing for years without finishing much, so I gave music one full year with a simple rule: finish things.

That year gave me a studio release, my first original from start to finish, and a pile of covers recorded purely for the joy of it.

In December 2025 I went back to engineering full-time. Days go to C++, CUDA and LLM inference now. Nights still go to writing, and there’s more music on the way.

    B.Tech in Computer Science, UPES Dehradun. Decided the job could wait a year.

    Songwriting, vocals, arrangement, and all the video work around it.

The shared habit

Finish the thing. Trust what you actually hear over what you hoped you recorded. It’s the same habit behind my engineering work, where I check every number instead of guessing it.

Two instruments. Same hands.

These days most of my hours go to C++ and CUDA: an LLM inference engine, a vector database, and two CUDA contributions merged into llama.cpp. The songwriting hasn’t gone anywhere, and the next one will show up here first.
