Music, Ongoing
Music has never been a side thing for me. In 2024 I gave it a full year and nothing else, which is where most of this came from — a label release, a debut original written and produced end to end, and the visuals around both. I'm deep in engineering right now. The songs are still coming.
I graduated in 2024 with a Computer Science degree and didn't go straight into engineering. I'd been writing and singing for years without finishing anything properly, so I gave myself a year to do exactly that and nothing else.
What came out of it: a studio release with a label after a national audition, and a debut original I wrote, sang, shot and cut myself, start to finish. Plus the covers — the stuff I record because I want to, not because it's a project.
Engineering has most of my hours at the moment. That's a phase, not a swap. I'm still writing, there's more coming, and I'll be back in it properly before long. This page keeps growing.
UPES Dehradun — Cyber Security & Forensics. Degree finished, career deliberately paused.
Full-time on music. Songwriting, vocal work, arrangement, and the video production around it.
Picked from a nationwide pool through a three-stage audition. Studio-recorded and released under the label.
Debut original. Written, composed, sung, shot and edited independently.
Days go to C++, CUDA and LLM inference. Nights still go to writing. More music on the way. See the engineering work →
From Lucknow Central · Originally by Arijit Singh
My rendition of the Lucknow Central track, recorded in studio and released on the Sing Dil Se channel after their audition process. First time working inside someone else's production pipeline instead of my own, which is a different discipline entirely from self-producing.
From the album Zindagi
This is the one I'm proudest of. I wrote it, composed it, sang it, directed it, shot half of it myself and cut the entire video. Nobody else in the chain.
Every decision on it is mine, which means every flaw in it is too — and I'd still rather have it that way. It's the clearest thing I've made.
Album Zindagi · Original
The second original off the album. Quieter than the title track — carried by the writing rather than the production.
Covers, older recordings, and whatever I put up next. The channel is where it all lands first.
Visit YouTube ChannelSongs I record because I want to sing them. No project attached, no deadline — just the ones that stay with me.
A mic, a guitar, and however many takes it needs. That part hasn't changed since the first thing I ever recorded, and it isn't going to.
Whatever I'm building during the day, I end up back here.
Shipping something finished instead of something nearly done. Trusting what you can actually hear over what you hoped you recorded. The same instinct runs through the engineering side of this portfolio, where every number is measured and never estimated. Neither one replaced the other.
More To Come
Right now most of my hours go into C++ and CUDA — LLM inference engines, vector databases, and merged kernel contributions to open-source inference projects. The writing hasn't gone anywhere. New music is coming, and it'll land here when it does.
